Scrimmage Recently Expands Client Services With Several New Hires
Scrimmage, a state-of-the-art mobile learning and engagement technology firm, announces the addition of two new Implementation Managers, as well as an additional Client Services Specialist. “With the expansion of our client roster and more in-depth service offerings, it has necessitated additional personnel to ensure our enduring commitment to customer care,” states Derek Lundsten, Chief Executive Officer.
Nathan Boening, Implementation Manager, comes to Scrimmage with several years of project management experience, including the lead for numerous top enterprise clients. He also spearheaded the adoption of the agile methodology (where applicable) within his former organization, showcasing his excellent collaboration skills. Nathan is a graduate of Roosevelt University (Chicago, IL) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. While at Roosevelt, he also honed his interest in production by interning for Clear Channel and producing several radio shows and commercial spots.
Taletha Bonner, Implementation Manager, offers a diverse background of experience to her new role at Scrimmage. With over 8 years implementing complex IT projects across various health services companies and financial institutions, she has the background to seamlessly problem-solve and impeccably manage simultaneous workflows. Taletha holds a Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) certification from University of St. Thomas. In keeping with the company name, Taletha enjoys all sports and even conducts “scrimmages” for the local girls’ basketball teams.
Both Nathan and Taletha are based in the Minneapolis headquarters. They will be interfacing directly with clients and their teams to support any implementation and technology needs across our mobile learning platform.
Fran Newell joins Scrimmage, as a Client Services Specialist, based in our Princeton, New Jersey office. Fran brings with her years of experience in high-volume, global customer service for both healthcare and educational (testing) companies. Her response, resolution and efficiencies far exceeded industry standards and became models for her respective departments. Fran is a graduate of Queens College (Queens, NY) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Complementing her background, Fran is set to interface directly within the client support portal to effectively resolve any questions and immediate technical issues.
