Scrimmage’s Accelerated Client Support Leads To New Account Manager Positions
Scrimmage, a state-of-the-art mobile learning and engagement technology firm, announces the addition of the Account Manager role with two new appointments.
“We have always prided ourselves on our elite client support,” states Derek Lundsten, Chief Executive Officer, “which has necessitated an added paradigm within our Client Services division. Since its roll-out, our dedicated, hands-on support capabilities have been overwhelmingly adopted and utilized by our clients, allowing them an additional emphasis on their learners and overall strategies. Thus, it was imperative to create these respective new positions to ensure our commitment and ongoing standard of excellence.”
Katie McGrade, formerly Implementation Manager, is now Account Manager. Her in-depth understanding of the platform from initial planning to execution makes her the ideal candidate for this new role. “This position is the perfect fit for Katie,” states Danielle Henderson, Vice President of Commercial Operations, “as she is repeatedly requested by our clients to be by their side and involved every step of the way with their projects.”
Recently joining Scrimmage in the Client Services department, Katie Burke has also been named Account Manager. Katie comes to Scrimmage with both a SaaS and logistics business background, which brings an extra element of much-needed detail and precision. “We are excited to welcome Katie to the team,” states Henderson. “She has already hit the ground running to seamlessly support our clients’ learning initiatives.”
Katie (Burke) holds a B.A. in Political Science from Michigan State University (East Lansing, MI). In association with her degree, Katie participated in a semester-long internship program in Washington, D.C. on Capitol Hill. Katie is based out of Chicago, IL.
In the newly minted Account Manager roles, they are set to ensure full and proper execution of Scrimmage technologies for respective clients wishing to add an extra level of support, along with being dedicated to any day-to-day needs.
