Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal Selects Scrimmage As A 2017 "Best Places To Work" Honoree
Minneapolis, MN - The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal has announced its Best Places To Work honorees for 2017, with Scrimmage being recognized in the Extra Small Company category (employing 10 to 24 people in Minnesota). In its 19th year, this prestigious program is Minnesota's longest-running awards accolade recognizing top workplaces for creating best-in-class work environments.
“At Scrimmage, we are fortunate to have an amazing team based at our headquarters in Minneapolis,” notes Chief Executive Officer, Derek Lundsten, “as they inspire our global family everyday with their commitment, enthusiasm and innovative work. We truly feel honored at the recognition and to stand alongside some of the finest, most respected companies in the state.”
This year’s winners include 67 businesses across four company size categories. Anonymous surveys were an element of the selection process, as employees were asked to rate their employers on communication efforts, leadership, and more. Other parameters included culture, philanthropy efforts, unique incentives and other workplace endeavors that set them apart.
The entire class of the 2017 Best Places To Work winners will be featured in a special section of The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, August 18th edition. Scrimmage, along with the other recipients, will be honored at the awards ceremony being held at the Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel on August 17th.
