Director of Client Services
Drive the Implementation Team to successful executions of mobile app platform implementations through managing workload and delegating tasks.
Proactively manage team to ensure individual project costs, deliverables, timelines, and feasibility expectations are met.
Work with Implementation/Projects Team to anticipate project risks as well as customer needs or concerns and provide guidance on how projects are planned and executed in a way that exceeds client expectations.
Work with both client and technical staff to understand problems and resolve them creatively.
Keep the Implementation Team focused on meeting its objectives within the agreed timeframe.
Manage individual project implementations to stay close to the process and client base, as well as assist with workload balancing or escalations.
Ensure all Implementation Team New Hire Training materials are regularly updated and lead training efforts on all Implementation New Hires.
Communicate with clients on all quarterly support reports and ensure all clients have adequate support plans in place.
Own project setup and close-out tasks as needed.
Communicate with customers, management, and project team in a consistent, informative and organized manner.
Proactively recommend products or services to clients to meet their existing and future business needs.
Contribute to the advancement of the Scrimmage suite of applications based on client feedback and creative thought.
Assist in product review and feedback sessions on new and future features as needed.
Essential - High School Diploma
Desirable - Bachelors Degree in related field or commensurate work experience
Excellent knowledge of project management activities, implementation services, deliverables and processes.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to juggle many tasks at once.
High comfort level with detailed data.
Superior time management skills.
Take charge personality with a strong ability to build, influence, lead and motivate effective teams towards end results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – comfortable presenting to and working with executive level audiences is a must.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to listen to a client business need and respond consultatively with an appropriate solution. Very detail oriented and organized in all aspects of their work.
Pragmatic approach to process development and evolution.

Must have a strong work ethic and passion for continuous improvement.
Strong MS Excel skills.
Strong comfort level utilizing mobile technology, including iPhone / iPad.
