Client Services Specialist

As a Client Services Specialist at Scrimmage, you will be responsible
for completing tasks associated with mobile app platform
implementations. It would include content, user and configuration
management within our app platform designed for the iPad and web based. Our platforms are leveraged by sales
organizations for custom mobile learning courses, onboarding initiatives, device-enabled sales meetings, product launches and learning management
systems. You will be responding to requests from external client
resources, as well as internal resources from other Implementation Team members.
- Utilize the Scrimmage tracking system to respond to multiple requests (internal or direct from clients) on a variety of platform related tasks.
- Prioritize requests with management as needed to ensure all tasks are completed on time and exceed client expectations.
- Work with both client and technical staff to understand problems and resolve them creatively.
- Ensure client project requests align with contract terms.
- Communicate with customers, management, and project team in a consistent, informative and organized manner.
- Contribute to the advancement of the Scrimmage suite of applications based on client feedback and creative thought.
- Assist in product testing on new features, as needed.
- Stay current on product features, both through company sponsored training initiatives and self-guided training.
- Report and escalate to management, as needed.
Essential - High School Diploma
Desirable - Bachelors Degree in related field or commensurate work experience
